The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeilDrop and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
VeilDrop is designed with zero data retention. Messages are stored temporarily and automatically deleted upon expiration. We do not store messages beyond their expiration time, maintain logs of user activity, collect personal information, or track IP addresses.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VeilDrop and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
