By accessing or using VeilDrop ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VeilDrop is an end-to-end encrypted temporary email service. The Service provides:

Temporary email addresses that automatically expire
End-to-end encrypted message storage
Zero data retention architecture
No account creation required

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may NOT use the Service for:

Fraud or deception of any kind
Phishing or social engineering attacks
Harassment, intimidation, or threats
Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful code
Spam or unsolicited bulk communications
Identity theft or impersonation
Any activity that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeilDrop and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

6. Data Retention

VeilDrop is designed with zero data retention. Messages are stored temporarily and automatically deleted upon expiration. We do not store messages beyond their expiration time, maintain logs of user activity, collect personal information, or track IP addresses.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VeilDrop and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
